Industrial allotment, under construction, expected to be completed in September 2024. It is located 22 km (20 minutes) from Montijo. As it is located close to Montijo, it also allows easy access to the A33 and with connection to the A12, Ponte Vasco da Gama, Setúbal and Lisbon.
