It’s located right in the middle of downtown Cabarete, a walk from great bars, restaurants and of course the beach.
The condos will be provided a parking garage. Have an electric vehicle? No problem! We got you covered with EV Charging Stations as well. All condo units include highly efficient solar panels. Not only are you saving monthly on energy, you’re also helping the environment.
Each Condo is equipped with Heat Recycling AC units. Basically, these units cool your Condo while heating up water for kitchen or bathroom use. Water is essential for our bodies, but water bottles are terrible for the planet. In this high end complex, all Condo units are equipped with high quality water filtration systems.
Beaches are fun, but sometimes you just want to hang in a pool all day. The project will feature a 48 Meter (157 Feet) pool with a covered sitting area and a view of the beach. Two Elevators will carry you from the Garage to each floor or to the terrace.
