Casa Amare is located on the exclusive gated residential community called El Farallon at Los Veneros, adjacent to the "W Hotel Punta de Mita" in Riviera Nayarit. This is a breathtaking beachfront property with six magnificent bedrooms that can welcome up to 16 guests. A fabulous wooden walkway welcomes the guest to the house while enjoying the jungle. The media room is located next to the main living room area, which is ideal to relax, watch TV, play games, watch movies, or work. The small palapa terrace is great for intimate gatherings and fantastic sunset experiences, situated on top of the beach, with a fabulous cantilevered deck that can be used for romantic dining or schedule a relaxing massage while enjoying the ocean sound. Enjoy an intimate dinner in the main dining room with a 14-guest table. The staff at Villa Amare includes two housekeepers, two waiters, a driver, a butler, a manager, and a concierge. Special events can be served on the main outdoor area that can hold a large buffet or even a small party or wedding. While at Casa Amare, guests can enjoy all the water toys that the property offer, such as paddleboards, surfboards, a complete kiteboard kit, and kayaks. A tennis court is also available for guests, this court is located at the backside of the house with an exclusive house entry (all tennis gear available). Adjacent to the tennis court is the gym where fresh towels and cold drinks will be provided. Next to this exclusive home "W Punta Mita" hotel is located. A 5-minute drive by golf cart away is this unique resort, where guests can enjoy a massage at the gorgeous "Away" spa, have a diner reservation at the exclusive restaurants, or just enjoy a signature drink at the chic Mexican-themed W living room. Casa Amare offers access to a 70-foot catamaran for daily rent. Ideal for whale watching (during whales season), or visit Las Marietas islands, do snorkeling or having a great sail experience at the Banderas Bay.
