The newly and fully refurbished apartment is located in the calm and green courtyard right behind Rue Lecourbe. It comprises of 3-bedrooms and is located on the 6th floor of an 11-storey building with access to an elevator. The property has a living room and a separate kitchen with both spaces having respective access onto a shared terrace overlooking a green strip. Room 1 has a beautiful view at the Eiffel Tower.High-quality bed with bedspread, duvet and pillows. Bedside table with reading lamp. Desk with desk chair and desk lamp. If not actively terminated, the rental agreement will be automatically extended.BOOKING RULES:• All contracts must start on the first day of each month (unless it is a public holiday).• We work with open-ended (UNLIMITED) contracts, allowing you to stay as long as you like. To terminate your lease, you must actively terminate the rental agreement in accordance with the termination policy before moving out. Otherwise, the rental agreement will be automatically extended.• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.• After signing the contract a deposit of 10,000 DKK will be requested.
