On the heights of Apt and a few kms from the village of Saignon, this single storey Provençal house, located away from sights and nuisances, will delight you with its authentic and refined decoration. You will access the fully equipped kitchen which opens onto the dining room and in continuity the large living room with fireplace and TV. A corridor leads to the guest toilet, the laundry room and the 3 bedrooms: Bedroom I with a queen size bed and a complete bathroom with toilet. Bedroom II with a queen size bed and a shower room and toilet. Bedroom III with a quen size bed and a shower room with toilet. WIFI connexion is available and the house does not have air conditioning. The swimming pool* is a few steps above the house, measuring 12 x 3.55m with a depth of 1m50. It is secured by an electric cover and a gate. Two shaded terraces are available, with gas plancha and charcoal BBQ. Parking and boulodrome are also available. Come and enjoy the tranquility and unrivalled scents of the Luberon. * Swimming-pools are usually « open » from May to October, and some of them can be heated with an additional charge. Outside this period, pools are closed. Nevertheless, opening and heating remain possible on special request with an extra cost.
