Expressions of interest The Developer says this project should be under construction early next year 2022. All lots will have sewerage, water, underground power, and each lot will have wiring for NBN. All lots are elevated above flood. Minimal covenants will apply. At this early stage the developer is not setting any prices and won't be doing so until the works commence, which he is expecting to be later this year.
