It consists of a 100 m² indoor catering facility with 95 seats, a spacious kitchen and a special pizza kitchen and toilets; and a large terrace of 100 seats with a stage and space for deck chairs of 520 m². It has 3 apartments to accommodate staff and a parking lot. Newly renovated in 2022. Lease until 2030 with the right of priority renewal.
