Only for winter season. This bungalow consists of 1 bedroom with 2 single beds together, a living room/equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. It has two terraces, one completely private with direct access to the street and another open to the complex. The bungalow is fully furnished and equipped with everything necessary to stay for several months. It has air conditioning in the living room and bedroom. The complex is very central and has 2 large swimming pools for adults and children. We are in the center of Playa del Inglés, 10 minutes from the beach. Nearby there are pharmacies, bus stops, taxis, restaurants. The price includes water and electricity costs up to 50 per supply and internet. Seasonal rental conditions: Maximum 6 months with no option to extend. 2 months deposit 1 month fees plus IGIC
