The residential and tourist complex consists of four buildings. Two buildings are residential - apartment type, the third building is a tourist building of apartment type, while the fourth building is a spa & wellness center in the function of the complex. The location area: 3740 m². The complex is built. Total gross area of the complex: 8514 m². All three buildings are constructed and have all the proper construction documentation. Residential and tourist complex is located in the village of Dobrota.
It has a magnificent view to the bay. Within the complex there is a children’s playground, lush green areas and parking lots. Also, there is a parking for guests of the complex right next to the main road. The complex consists of four facilities (F1, F2, F3 and SPA center).
