On the first level, the interior space is 200 m2 and consists of:

- a living room with a kitchen,
- a dining room and a terrace with a dining area.
On the second level, there is a roof terrace of 200 m2 with a garden and a swimming pool (8 m x 2 m) with a hydromassage system and heating.
