This cozy apartment on the upper floor has approx. 45m² and consists of a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining area, a bedroom with 2 single beds that can also be put together, a balcony with a view of the garden and a shower room .The kitchenette is equipped with a dishwasher, an electric stove with exhaust air, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, fridge with freezer compartment and of course plenty of crockery.The apartment also has a flat screen TV and free WiFi internet access.The heating and hot water processing runs via a modern gas boiler.Washing machine, iron and ironing board in the basement of the house are available to our guests free of charge.Bed linen and towels can be provided if required.On request, you can get an electric grill from us, which you can use on the terrace in the garden behind the house.Parking for your car can be found on our private parking lot directly in front of the house for a fee or in the area on the side of the road.Pets are only allowed upon request and for a small fee.Notice: Displayed prices and data are not final, and should be used for informative purpose only.
