This apartment is located directly on Rosenthaler Platz in Berlin Mitte. The total flat rate includes all utilities, including heating electricity and W-Lan. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom, flat screen TV, Wi-Fi, desk. On the ground floor there is a large lounge with seating and an outdoor terrace, as well as a conference room with a tea kitchen. A very quiet courtyard is also included. Optionally, a weekly or 14-day cleaning service including bed linen and towel change can be booked at an additional cost.Please note that this apartment can be rented for a maximum of 12 months. An extension or new booking by the same tenant is not possible. Should a new booking nevertheless be made, it will be canceled.
