The 25 sqm apartment is modern and comfortable furnished. It has a comfortable queensize bed (1,60m x 2m). It has a kitchenette with refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee maker and a kettle. The bath has a shower. A blow-dryer, towels and linens for the bed are supplied. A TV and free WiFi are also available.There is a washing machine and a dryer in the cellar.On request, a weekly cleaning service is for € 48.00 per week possible. City-Tax: since 01.12.2014, the City of Cologne has levied a cultural subsidy tax (bed tax) amounting to 5% of the rent.
