It is fully equipped with designer furniture, high-speed WiFi (1000MB/s), 4K TV, coffee machine, washing machine, balcony and lockable all rooms. *Utilities (water, electricity, WiFi) are included up to 65 euros/person. *The cleaning fee refers to welcome fee + final cleaning: It covers the costs of drafting and signing the legal rental contract, check-in at the apartment, supply and making of bed two pillows, two cushions, a duvet (supplied during the autumn-winter season), a complete set of sheets, a blanket and two towels. Includes services such as weekly cleaning, maintenance, access to events, discounts on local brands and 24-hour assistance.
