It has a double bed, a flat screen TV, a sofa bed, a desk, a wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen, a modern bathroom with a shower and a balcony from where you can enjoy the city view.The building is newly built and consists of 3 floors with 2 studios each.- There is no washing machine, but there is a self-service laundry in the building next door.Check-in is autonomous, all doors are opened with a code.- To access the apartment you must register with the police (the link will be sent to you by mail), present your ID card or passport and sign the travel report, otherwise you will be denied access to the apartment without the right to any refund of the paid reservation.- Cots and high chairs are subject to availability.
