Mulberry Cottage is a delightful property in the village of Burton. The cottage has been completely renovated in 2015 and is well insulated. It has underfloor heating system, bath tub and shower, kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine and all a guest needs for living. The two bedrooms have comfortable high quality orthopaedic mattresses and sleep 3. Strictly no smoking and no pets. The property is offered in excellent order and before every tenants we proceed with deep cleaning and general disinfection, including towels, sheets and kitchen utensils. A monthly cleaning is included in the price. There is a paved courtyard for outdoor use. There is also an off road car park for two cars and the property is completely independent. It is furnished with good quality furniture in line with the character of the property. All expenses are included to facilitate living. There is a powerful log burner to keep the family warm in winter.
