The modern kitchen is open to the living room and has all the necessary utensils.The apartment has a large bedroom with a double bed of 1.50 x 2.00 and a complete en-suite bathroom with shower.The building has a community pool open from March to November for the exclusive use of guests. In addition, the building has a private garage with capacity for one car per apartment.The Arruzafa area is an exclusive residential area of Cordoba, where we find a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets and leisure areas.
