A separate freezer can be brought into the unit (provided by landlord). The entrance to the apartment is through a picturesque garden (which belongs to the upstairs residence but can be reserved with advance notice for occasional entertaining or barbeques). *Utilities are included* in the monthly rent (electricity, air conditioning, gas, heat, water, sewer, and trash removal). Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis, and while the unit is furnished, some pieces can be removed at the tenant's request. The mattress provided as part of the furnishings is full-size.
