Building plot for sale for construction of single-family homes in Urbanización Forest Hills. The development plan has been definitively approved. The reparcelling project is currently drafted, approved and presented. The Forest Hill urbanization, located in the Abejeras estate, was born in the late 70s and early 80s, during the acceleration of the urban expansion of Estepona. In the sector there are private homes built in the 80s and 90s located on the partially urbanized roads of the Sector, within what is called the Consolidated U. E. The plots presented are in the area known as the Vacant U. E.. The regularization and consolidation of the existing buildings is currently underway, to include them within the urban planning. The Reparcelling Project is drafted and presented to the Estepona Town Hall. The works are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2022.
