It is an apartment located in a basement. Everything is new in the house and it is ready to move in and with an elevator to the door. Between 8 and 11 pm please coordinate with us, as it has an extra cost that depending on the time can be up to 150 EUR per reservation. A free monthly cleaning is included in the total rental price. The total costs of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of 50.00 EUR/month for all bills. Electricity, water and gas costs will be charged to the landlord, up to an amount of 50 EUR/month for the total bills. If the total amount of the bills for a month exceeds this amount, the tenant must pay the difference.
