Free check-in between 3 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m. Please coordinate with us, as there is an extra cost that, depending on the time of year, can be up to €150 per reservation. The total cost of electricity, water and gas will be included in the rental price up to a maximum of €50/month for all bills. If the total amount of the bills for a month exceeds this amount, the tenant must pay the difference. For example, if the total amount for a month is €60, the tenant must pay €10 at the time of claiming it. Parties and loud gatherings are absolutely prohibited.
